Welcome to your perfect family getaway! This spacious four-bedroom home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Newly furnished, the interior is modern and stylish. Step outside to your own personal oasis, complete with an electric heated pool and hot tub for year-round enjoyment. The large lanai is ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining while taking in the serene waterfront views. With convenient access to the Gulf, this house is perfect for both peaceful relaxation and adventurous fun.
Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for booking and the registered guest must be present for the entire stay. A valid driver's license or state ID will be required for all bookings. We enforce this policy strictly and no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to make a reservation.
For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets on the property. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove it immediately and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $500, which may be increased up to $1,000 in some cases.
We have a strict no smoking policy, and any signs of smoking will result in a charge of $300.
We provide a basic set of consumables for your convenience, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per trash can, plus 2 extras, 1 roll of kitchen paper, some detergent, and 2 dishwasher tabs. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest, and we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
Please note that we charge $0.20 per kwh for electricity usage. On average, guests use around $15.00-$20.00 per day.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.

Weekend at Cape Villa. First I would like to highlight how incredible the property location sits in a very charming neighborhood. Cape Villa was very peaceful and private and it gave our family the feeling of tranquility we were looking for! Michael was more than responsive and accommodating with any concerns or questions we had. For the value and the quality of amenities offered I think the listing offered at the price was spot on! My only critique I have would be to have a better communication with their cleaning staff to create a synergy between the total guest experience. On Thursday my wife and daughter in law arrived a day early before me, and had to clean bathrooms and little areas through out the house. The master tub , kid bathrooms, and areas In general kitchen area. Pool was also dirty but Michael sent someone next day to resolve this. Overall our stay and experience at Cape Villa was Great! El lugar estaba muy bonita mi familia es grande y valio la pena rentar a todos les gusto la casa.
Beautiful home. Amazing area to spend with family. The pool and waterfront were stunning! The inside was just as amazing. The kitchen had great appliances and we were able to cook good meals. It was peaceful and quiet. We all slept great and had energy for our daytime adventures!
